Spoke kits for Triumph Hubs

1958-1966 FRONT 8" DRUM - 40 count

Cast steel hub, all nail spokes (no bend). Originally this hub had single leading shoe brakes.
Some have been converted to dual. Stock uses 8-10 ga. spokes with .300" nipples.
NOTE! Some may have a 7" brake and are easily mistaken for their cousin.
The following kits come with 8-10 ga. spokes and .300 nipples

1967-1970 650 FRONT DRUM - 40 count

Cast steel hub with nail spokes on side opposite drum and conventional bent spokes on drum side.
Has dual leading shoe brake. Drum i.d. measures 8". Stock spokes were 8-10 ga. with .300" nipples.
Some Triumph models continued to use this hub after 1970. Please verify which hub is fitted to your bike.

1948-1970 STEEL SPOOL REAR HUB - 40 count

Most years used 8-10 ga., but some used 9 ga. All used .300 nipples.
Small spool hub measuring 3 1/2" on small side with slotted holes 4 1/2" on drive side, 3 1/2" wide, 40 holes.
Some years laced cross 4 on both sides, most laced cross 3. We lace cross 3.
Some Triumph models continued to use this hub after 1970. Please verify which hub is fitted to your bike.

1971-1973 650 & 750 TRIDENT FRONT DRUM - 40 count

Cast aluminum conical drum, measure 5" on small side, 9 7/8" on brake side.
Stock spokes were 10 ga. with .250" nipples. NOTE! Some 1973 650's came with disc brakes in front.
Some Triumph models continued to use pre-1970 hubs during these years. Please verify which hub is fitted to your bike.

1971-1974 650 & 750 TRIDENT REAR DRUM - 40 count

Cast aluminum conical drum, measures 4 1/2" on small side, 8 7/8" on drum sprocket side.
Although stock spokes were 10 ga. with .250" nipples, we advise no smaller than 9 ga. be
used on these wheels. Tridents used these same hubs with 19" rims.
Some Triumph models continued to use pre-1970 hubs during these years. Please verify which hub is fitted to your bike.

1973 & UP FRONT DISC - 40 count

Two piece hub, cast aluminum. Hub measures 4 7/8" diameter. Stock spokes are 10 ga. with .250 nipples.
NOTE: Rim must be cross drilled for spokes to clear brake caliper.
The following kits come with 9 ga. spokes and .281 nipples

1975 & UP REAR DISC (TWIN ONLY) - 40 count

Stock spokes are 10 ga. with .250 nipples.
Three piece cast aluminum hub, measures 5 1/2" diameter, 3 1/4" wide. Due to severe offset of hub
to rim, rim must be drilled specifically for this hub. Stock used 10 ga. spokes and .250" nipples.
